Operational History
Genesis (Sept 2022): Torzon Market Onion was deployed as a response to the growing centralization and vulnerability of existing darknet infrastructures. Unlike competitors utilizing recycled scripts (such as Eckmar clones), Torzon was built on a bespoke engine written in Go and Rust, designed specifically to resist correlation attacks and high-volume DDoS attempts.
Architecture Evolution: The platform operates on a decentralized node structure. In early 2023, we integrated full Monero (XMR) multisig capabilities, enforcing privacy-by-default transaction layers. This shift marked a significant upgrade from Bitcoin-only markets, effectively breaking on-chain surveillance heuristics.
Current State: Today, Torzon serves over 52,000 validated users. Our uptime metrics consistently exceed 99.9%, maintained through a sophisticated "Links Rotator" system that dynamically cycles onion addresses to mitigate targeted network stress.
